Gifts for Teens: Supporting The Jane Addams Place
Now through December 1
The Jane Addams Place, a Lutheran Settlement House shelter in Philadelphia, provides a safe and structured home for up to 25 families experiencing housing crises. In addition to housing, they offer vital support in areas like financial planning, education, employment, health, and housing stability.
This Christmas, we’re focusing on the teenagers living at The Jane Addams Place by providing gift cards to make their holiday brighter. The goal is to collect 40 gift cards valued at $50 each—two for each teen.
Gift cards from places like Amazon, Sephora, Five Below, Movie Theaters, or Dick’s Sporting Goods are great choices, but you’re welcome to buy one from any store!
How to Participate:
Drop off your gift cards in the locked mailbox outside the church office anytime before Sunday, December 1.
Prefer to make a smaller donation or need more information? Morgan Wohlgemuth will be available in the Narthex after worship to answer questions and assist.
