Experience simple stretches and basic body movements with prayer and scripture to enhance physical and spiritual well being. Saint Luke member and physical therapist, Matt Heintzlman along with prayer group leader, Jodi Cunniffe will guide this innovative class. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and bring along a yoga mat if you have one (Extras will be available). All levels of ability are welcome. Class runs weekly concluding on May 21.
