Deepen your spiritual practice by adding meditation to your prayer life. Mindfulness helps to connect us to the presence of God. It can also contribute to our emotional and physical well-being. Come if you've never tried meditation, if you've tried and given up, or if you already have a practice. Just being willing to sit and see what happens makes you a successful meditator! Sessions will be shared virtually for 3 Tuesday evenings on Zoom, June 14, 21, & 28. Presenter Marie Roberts is an author, workshop/retreat facilitator, teacher of yoga and meditation, ordained Presbyterian minister, and spiritual director.
